MEET OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM AND WHY THEY ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT E4 MISSIONS

Willie Hendrix grew up traveling Europe while his family served on military bases in Germany, and therefore, brings a great wisdom, experience, and passion to the E4 Board of Directors. Willie graduated from Old Dominion University's College of Business and Public Administration in 1983 and became a dedicated follower of Christ during his college years. Willie entered the business world after college, owning several companies. He is currently owner/president of Castle Roofing in Austin, Texas, and is the former founder and president of Soleil Floors in Round Rock, Texas. We recently asked Willie why he is involved with E4 Missions and what excites him most about the future.

“I’ve joined the E4 leadership team because missions are something that has always been on my heart since my earliest days in the Lord. When we leave the comfort of our blessed but patterned lives to carry a blessing of light, hope and truth to the lost or poor or even our foreign brothers and sisters in Christ it changes things and it changes us. Then by the power of God it changes them also and allows us to share in what God is doing by being His living body in the world. I believe that God has divinely established many unique opportunities and opened doors for us in E4. From pure evangelism to reaching kids in sports and arts programs to helping businessmen with kingdom principles, the work available to us is abundant and fruitful. Lastly, it’s a very exciting thing to see ministry leadership in other countries trust us enough to ask us to be long term relational partners in reaching and blessing their communities in the name of Jesus.”
